These soft 15cm white corn flour tortillas are fantastic for making large tacos, filled with smoky pulled pork or Mexican cheese. Or use them for thinner quesadillas, enchiladas or burritos. Cut the tortilla into strips or triangles and deep fry to make your own tortilla chips.

Easy to roll and shape – these larger tortillas are a great choice for baja fish tacos, which use generous battered fillets of white fish. For best results, heat the tortillas one at a time in a dry frying pan on both sides until it browns. Keep your tortillas warm in a tortilla warmer, and serve them in the middle of the table.
